From Our Shelf to Your Table

We know the excitement of unboxing new tableware — and we treat every order like it’s heading to our own dinner party. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping.

Processing time

      • Orders are packed with care within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

      • If we’re experiencing high order volume, we’ll notify you of any delays.

Shipping rates & delivery
We ship primarily within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses). International shipping is available for select countries — contact us before ordering.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update.

Customs, duties & taxes
For U.S. orders, sales tax will be applied where required. For international orders, customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility — please check with your local customs office.

Lost, damaged, or missing packages

 

      • If your package is damaged upon arrival, take photos and contact us within 48 hours — we’ll file a claim and send a replacement or refund.

      • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. We’ll help you file a missing package claim.

Address changes
Double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 2 hours of placing your order — we’ll do our best to catch it before dispatch.

Shipping holidays
We do not ship on major U.S. federal holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, etc.). Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons.

We pack each bowl, plate, and glass with layers of cushioning — because a broken piece breaks our hearts, too.
